Shipping & Delivery

Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on all orders within India — no minimum order value.

Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). During drop launches, dispatch may take a little longer; we will let you know if your order is delayed.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas and the North-East may take a few extra days. These are estimates from our courier partners and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email and/or SMS as soon as your order ships.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on most PIN codes. A small COD handling fee applies and is shown at checkout before you place your order. Please keep the exact amount ready at delivery. Prepaid orders have no extra fee.

Repeatedly refusing COD deliveries may lead to COD being disabled for your account or address.

Failed deliveries

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or the delivery was refused, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. For prepaid orders that cannot be delivered, we will refund the product value once the parcel reaches us.

We currently ship within India only.
